This is a fun video for my friends. Certainly not perfect. There are excellent accordionists that play beautiful duos all the time, but I am not at that level. Let’s just pretend it is the 3rd hour of the Oktoberfest job and I decided to have several of the free beers offered to me. Pennsylvania Polka for Shirley Ann who lives there and Sandy Dowd who rides her bike listening to it. I had a guest artist. I think she was drinking before she came to the studio. LOL She practiced, but hit some klinkers. I left them in because it made me and my Roland sound better. A friend asked if I played polkas. She has not been around many accordion players. Yes, we play polkas. My American version of Just Because, In Heaven There is No Beer and Liechtensteiner Polka. Played to many audiences that lifted their beers in the air and sang – back in the day. LOL
